The Idaho Regional Alcohol Drug Awareness Resource (RADAR) Center is a substance use disorders, prevention, treatment and recovery information clearinghouse.

Materials are provided free of charge to Idaho residents. The only cost that could be accrued is for return postage on the return of DVDs borrowed from the lending library.
